Another night in Venice
Not being a night bird, I however like to have a night stroll in the empty streets and over the bridges where the echo of my footsteps and the lapping of the water are the only sounds to be heard.

Venice is so magical and mysterious at night. I would love to wander around by myself but would, in all probability, get lost pretty quickly.

thank you for bringing us along on this solitary walk, and for engaging several of our senses.
I have been to Venice twice and perhaps the most enjoyable experience has been wandering the back streets and canals, places with no tourists (except me and my wife). Yet how much more elegant at night.
it looks very chilly! Maybe I am projecting since the only time I was there was Dec 96 and there was a Siberian cold front!
