I'm feeling a bit envious myself! I believe you and these lucky people with their spritzes and proseccos are on the Riva di Biasio, looking across the Grand Canal toward the church of San Geremia and Palazzo Labia (and those buildings visible across the canal are between the Canal di Cannaregio and Campo San Marcuola).
I think that they are a bit further west than you suggest, Alexa. The pale blue and white poles (Societa Italiana degli Autori ed Editori) and the dark blue and white poles are at the western end of the Riva di Biasio. I cannot see any green and white poles on vc, so I suppose that they and the little platform were only there for the Regata Storica. What is puzzling me is that I cannot see those lamps fixed to any building.
Perhaps I was thrown off a bit by Pierre's long lens! Maybe they're directly across from the Fondamenta Crotta, farther west as you say, Bert. (And I couldn't find the lamps either.) Are you going to put us out of our misery, Pierre?

That bloke must have swollen feet .. his shoe lace is undone!
I love all the colorful poles. Must be fun to people watch.

Hi friends! Well it's indeed the wooden terrace in front of the Canal Grande Hôtel.
That looks very inviting.
Yes please, count me in!
