Ah, the only things I brought away were a few extra pounds and a smile.
Great shot—and so true, Pierre. I usually leave with the same souvenirs as Jeff! Oh, I do have a couple of pleated silk Fortuny scarves from Venetia Studium. Wish I could afford one of their lamps!
I'll try to avoid this kind of touristy junk when I'm there in June.
I bought a Venezia t-shirt & some postcards. Other than that, all I bought was Murano glass beads!

Nice photo. I bought a mask from Frienze .. I love it, and of course the murano beads for my jewerly designs :-)
I was in Venice on this day- and saw stands like this in San Marco piazza.
Maybe I was nearby when you took the picture....
