Outside the Gates of Eden

At dawn my lover comes to me
And tells me of her dreams
With no attempts to shovel the glimpse
Into the ditch of what each one means
At times I think there are no words
But these to tell what's true
And there are no truths outside the Gates of Eden
Bob Dylan

Love the scrolls, the patterns, and the way the work artfully screens the background. Beautiful.

This does resemble the grates on Peggy's windows. I love the mix of the graphic design and the colors beyond. Looks like a gorgeous sunny day there.

Are you inside eden looking out or...? If at the Guggenheim, both inside and outside are idyllic.

Not at Peggy's... but at the Arsenal, and this pic has been taken from the outside (as I unfortunately never succeed in getting inside up to now).

No, hers are thicker. Why is it that you rarely visit the sights where you live? (I've never managed to get to the Statue of Liberty.)

Hi Alexa, well i'ts just because it's a restricted military area! About the Statue of Liberty, I've visited it a couple of times though : you know my addiction to NYC :-))

The soft blur behind the hard lines of the gate is just stunning; fabulous composition.
