I totally agree with brattcat...my major question would be what is the lady in the window looking at? One can't help but wonder can one? Also the time of day creating the shadow of lite and the way the shadow hits the building creates for me a mystery all its own...love the hypnotic mystery of lite and dark because one has to do no manipulation to it at all to create a festival of thought in ones mind about it does one? Nice little Venetian Daily Life moment here! When I'm there, I love to sit at a window in the morning (like this lady) and watch everyone going off to school and to work. I wish my morning commute was a walk through Venice instead of a ride on the subway!
