Rio di San Giovanni Laterano
I have always loved this narrow house, surrounded by water on three of its sides, right near San Giovanni and Paolo, between the twin canals of the Rio di San Giovanni Laterano...
After reading the above comments, I do believe that that little house is going to get mighty crowded if we all get our wish. I want to live there, too!
I would join you all too..! A really wonderful house, a breathtaking setting. And a charming, so homogeneous and soft color's undertone, being at the same time strong expressive, from the deep black on the bottom right, to the deep white on the top.

A superb shot from a very beautiful city! :-)
I wonder what it would be like to live there.. I would sit and draw, and write, and take photos, and gossip .. lol
great house and amazing photo.
A wonderful house in a great setting. I would probably join The Gypsy!
A lovely setting indeed, and very private.
What a fantastic house! It would be great for parties and people watching or just simply looking out the windows!

Merci à vous pour toutes vos belles photos que je prends plaisir à regarder chaque jour, A presto !
Oh, gosh, what a beauty ~ the whole view, as well as this particular house. As it's already cramped, perhaps I can tag along for coffee nearby. :)
Count me in, too. This is an entirely satisfying composition. You've given us something to dream about. Thank you
Oh, please count me in too. Sure hope this is a big house! As always, wonderfully evocative, Pierre—thanks.
Wow, I have not seen this before! :)
The photo is magical! The textures, the light ... I can practically feel the air. Just lovely.
A most unusual building .. I really love this photo .
It takes me back to Venice. I can smell the aroma of the air... feel the sea breeze... taste the espresso... and feel again of being alive!
